About Truman Global recognition Truman Awards is an independent, global recognition program celebrating community, creativity, leadership, innovation, business achievement, emerging talent, service, and lasting contributions. We recognize people, teams, and organizations around the world and share the stories of award winners and honorable mentions through profiles, articles, photographs, video, and audio.
Our awards Each recipient page identifies the award category and recognition received. An honorable mention is distinct from an award win. Eligibility, entry dates, judging criteria, and event details will be published before any related process opens.
Our independence Truman Awards is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation, the Harry S. Truman Good Neighbor Award Foundation, or the City of Independence’s Harry S. Truman Public Service Award program.
Accuracy and permissions We aim to publish accurate, respectful profiles and use media with permission or an appropriate license. Featured people may request corrections through the Truman representative who arranged their profile.
